Area teachers and education support personnel are invited to meet Virginia at an ”End of the School Year” Educator Appreciation Event as we celebrate Virginia’s endorsement by  the Texas-American Federation of Teachers and the Texas State Teachers Association.  Virginia’s education goals as a Texas legislator will include strengthening our public schools and finding better funding solutions to school finance, as well as addressing the escalating costs of college and university education.
